Two University Rectors from Czech Republic visited NIMS

(Oct. 31, 2006) Prof. Václav Hampl, Rector of Charles University and Prof. Jiří Málek, Rector of University of Pardubice, visited NIMS to discuss about collaboration with Prof.

Teruo Kishi, the President of NIMS, and Dr. Hajime Haneda, Managing Director of Sensor Materials Center. NIMS is under contract of joint graduate school with Charles Univ., and 26 students have jointed NIMS to study since 2002. Prof. Málek has had close contact with NIMS researchers for above 10 years. He and Dr.H.Haneda, Mananging Director of Sensor Materials Center, NIMS, signed MOU on research collaboration.
