(Apr. 24, 2006) Dr. Sibusiso Sibisi, President & CEO of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), South Africa, and Dr. B. S. Ngubane, South African Ambassador to Japan, visited NIMS to exchange information on the institutes and discuss future collaboration.
