| Job Summary | Computational science research on the development of Solid-state battery materials and ion dynamics analysis. Specifically, analysis of electronic properties and ion transport at battery materials and their interfaces based on first-principles calculations.

| Term | 1 year (Possibly up to 5 years with annual evaluation) |
| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation, and other factors. The maximum employment period shall not exceed five (5) years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations. |

| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours 45 minutes a day (negotiable as the flex-time system) |
| Holiday | Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays |
| Salary / Supply | Supply followed by NIMS regulations. Commuting allowance and national insurance will also be covered.

| Insurance | Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Workers’ accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
