第3回 MI2I全体会議/All researchers meeting

The 3rd MI2I All Researchers Meeting will be held on Jan, 18th and 19th 2019.
The purpose of this meeting is "to introduce the every researchers activities and results and to discuss the trend of the Materials Informatics."
All the researchers are requested to attend the meeting. Attendees are expected to actively participate in the meeting to introduce their research topics and to discuss the trend of the whole project. Also, a social gathering will be held at 6:10 p.m. on Friday, January 18. We hope you will join us.
Start online registration: After November 19, 2018
Deadline of online registration/application for party attendance: December 21, 2018
Submission deadline of poster title and author name: 13:00 December 25, 2018
(Only for Group Leader) Deadline for submitting presentation document: January 11, 2019
(Only for Group Leader) Deadline for submitting Poster manuscript: January 11, 2019
The session is divided into Group A and Group B in 60 minutes each. Please prepare a poster following the instructions below.
Only for Group leaders: Please introduce the outline of the activities of the entire group.
For every researchers: In principle, please post one poster per person. Please make it with the published content. There is no specification in the number of presentations per group. We will distribute the list of titles and author names as materials. The poster size is A0 and the language is English. Please download the format. Please print display and remove the poster by yourself. The preparation time is from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm on January 18th. The removal time is from at 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm on January 19th. Please contact the secretariat, if you need any assistance.

The social gathering will be started from 6:10 pm. Friday, January 18th at the meeting room No.1 in the same place as the poster session. The party fee is 3,000 yen. Please apply by December 21 to participate. When you need to cancel, please contact us by 11th January.
