Human body is made up by those hierarchies of nano structure of biological molecules, cells and tissue. In this unit, we focus on biomaterials research aimed at disease treatment and diagnosis. Specifically, using metallic, inorganic, organic materials and bio-molecules and cells, we study biomaterials design for artificial organs, sensitive inspection diagnostic system, drug delivery system and so on.
