The Winner of NIMS Award in 2007
In 2007, Professor W. H. Butler who predicted giant magnetoresistance in Fe/MgO/Fe junction was awarded for "Theoretical prediction of giant tunnel magnetoresistance in Fe/MgO/Fe junction".
