IMPORTANT NOTICE - Postponement -
2011.4.11
Due to the unsolved problems and uncertainties about the current situation in Japan caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami on March 11, we decided to postpone the Conference to the next year.
The organization for this year's conference will be maintained and we are expecting that the emerging problems we have been experiencing in this disaster will certainly present additional important aspects to the next conference.
