Registration

• To assist the smooth running of the Conference and avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to register for the Conference in advance.

Important Dates:

• The deadline for pre-registration : April 30, 2010.
• The deadline for online registration : May 20, 2010.
  After May 21, 2010, on-site registration is available. Please visit the registration desk at the conference venue.

Registration Fee:

• The fees are in Japanese Yen.

• For access to the on-line registration form, please enter the REGISTRATION button at the end of this site.

Payment:

• Payment should be made in Japanese Yen only by credit card or cash (bank transfer is not available). Cash is available only at the registration desk. Credit card is available both for online and on-site registrations. However, completion of pre-payment at online registration is strongly recommended to avoid congestion at the registration desk.

Cancellation:

• You can revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to your 'My Page' at the REGISTRATION button.

• Refund will be made after the conference period.

Hotel Accommodation

• For reservation of hotels which the conference committee recommends, please enter the registration button at the end of this site.
• We have just closed the hotel booking procedure on the web-site. Instead, the hotel list under the Registration Buttom has been moved to outside it.

Official invitation letter:

• Authors and participants who need official invitation letters for VISA issues are advised to request them to: , attaching their names, affiliations and addresses.

Registration and payment:

• After sending the Visa Assistance form and above two items, please complete a registration and payment of the conference fee on the website.

Issue of Visa letters:

• Only after the confirmation of the registration and payment will be made, three kinds of official documents for VISA issue, that is, identity guarantee, invitation reason and visiting schedule in Japan, will be issued soon.
