We study basic physics attributing to nanostructures such as quantum dots and explore device application.
Specifically, GaSb quantum dots fabricated by droplet epitaxy, submicron-sized diodes and their device application, and Tungsten nano-sized wires fabricated by electron beam induced deposition.
