30 June, 2015, Dr. Yoshitaka Tateyama, Group Leader of Nano-System Computational Science Group, Nano Interface Unit, MANA recieved "German Innovation Award - Gottfried Wagener 2015".

The award was established by German companies with research interests in Japan and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan in 2008, aiming at fostering bilateral exchange between business and science and support the development of German-Japanese networks and research cooperation.
