Call for papers : Poster presentation

Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of the presented paper.

Deadlines:

Submission of Abstract : 8th of January, 2016
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Mid. of January, 2016

Instruction for Poster presentation:

The poster should contain results of own research.
The session will be held on the 3rd Floor at Epochal Tsukuba, using a standard poster board. Space for one poster is A0 size (height: 120cm / 47 inches, width: 90cm / 35 inches). <Click Here> The poster should be brought as printed material.

Poster Award:

Poster presentation awards will be given to the most eminent presenters.
The award ceremony will be held at the Closing Ceremony on 11th of March, 2016.
