Information for Oral Presenters

You have 15 minutes for your talk and 5 minutes for discussion (Plenary Talk 40+10min, Invited talk: 30+10min) .

We will have liquid-crystal projectors in the lecture hall. Prepare your presentation on your own PC, and test the connection with the projector during the breaks. In case of trouble, we recommend you to have a back-up of your presentation on some removable media.

OHP facility for transparencies is also available. If you would like to use OHP, contact us by e-mail, or tell us at the registration desk when you arrive.

Information for Poster Presenters

The poster board at Ultrafast Surface Dynamics Symposium will be approximately 120 cm wide and 180 cm tall, appropriate for A0 size poster.

You have 2-minute oral presentation to introduce your poster to the audience. Prepare maximum 2 slides in pdf or powerpoint format and send it to the committee by e-mail by 19th May (Japan Standard Time), or give it to the poster-session-chair at the symposium site.
