of thin-film specimens for research, using facilities such as a TEM (transmission
electron microscope). Equipment for measuring factors such as a gas absorption
quantity measurement apparatus, automatic surface area ratio measurement
apparatus, etc., are also available for user convenience |

A large number of (from one to six pieces simultaneously) samples,
such as iron, steel, nonferrous metal and ceramics, can abrade from coarse
to smooth automatically. （There is a setting program of each materials.）
