				We are mainly focusing on Lithium Niobate(LiNbO3) , Lithium Tantalate(LiTaO3) and Fluoride single crystals. Our aim is to show the effects of defects existing in these crystals on optical and electrical properties and polarization property. Our aim is to develop materials having good properties for optical functional device as well as devices using thereof.
