Elucidate both atomic arrangements and electron structures of the materials with SPring-8

The NIMS contract beamline (BL15XU) at SPring-8 enable high-resolved determination of an atomic-scale structure and electronic structure using an incident photon-energy range of 2.2 - 36 keV, which is useful for developing a new material.
