Overview
The Fifth NIMS/MANA-IRC-UCLA/CNSI Nanotechnology Students' Summer School was held in NIMS from July 28th to August 1st, 2008. The students from UK, USA and NIMS gave talks on their research topics to exchange up-to-date knowledge and opinions during the school. UCLA/CNSI has started to join this school from this year with the launch of MANA. Profs Aono, Gimzewski and Welland overseeing students of MANA, UCLA/CNSI and IRC, respectively, are all MANA PIs.
