5th RIST-NIMS Joint Workshop on Light Metal Processing was held

      ( May 25, 2007) 5th RIST-NIMS Joint Workshop on Light Metal Processing was held at Research Institute of Industrial Science & Technology (RIST). This joint workshop was organized based on an MOU between RIST and NIMS. 4 researchers of NIMS belonging to Data Base Station, StructuralMetals Center and Composites and Coatings Center attended the workshop. Research activities of RIST and NIMS for Titanium alloys, Magnesium alloys, Aluminum alloys, Metal Glasses, Composite materials and Database were introduced to each other to exchange knowledge.
