Onwualu (Director-General of Raw Materials Research & development Agency, NASRDA), Prof. Roberts A. Boroffice (Director-General of national Space Research & Development Agency, NASRDA), Dr. Goddy N. Onuoha (Director-General of Project Development Institute, PRODA), Mr. James S. Olaleye (Minister of Economic & Political) and Mr. Mudasiru A. Ajileye (Second Secretary of Economic & Political).
They met with President Prof. T. Kishi, vice president Dr. M. Kitagawa and others, and had a laboratory tour of Nanoscale materials center, Biomaterials center and Nano system functionality center.
