Requirement

  • Applicants must have received a Ph.D. degree.
  • Applicants should be knowledgeable with the semiconductor or solid physics and well experienced in theoretical research. (The researcher who has experienced in theoretical research of the charge carrier mobility and semiconductor devices is more preferable.)
  • Essential: Applicants should have received Ph.D. degree in related fields.
Starting date 1 April 2010 (Negotiable)
Employment term 1-Year (Could be extended up to 3 years)
Work location NIMS Sengen Site (Tsukuba city, Ibaraki)
Work hours 7 hours & 45 mins. a day (08:30 – 17:15) (Negotiable as the flex-time system)
Holiday Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays
Salary & conditions Followed by NIMS regulations. Commuting allowance and national insurance are also included.
