CPP-GMR is studied to realize high sensitive HDD recoading head and MRAM.

I observed CPP-GMR of multilayered film using Co2MnSi(CMS) Heusler alloys. CMS is used as ferromagnetic layers. I will show the results of magnetic, structual and magnetoresistance measurements.

HDDR Nd-Fe-B powders progress in recent years.

One of the procedures which can improve the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B alloys is HDDR process. The micro structure of Nd-Fe-B alloys is refined by applying HDDR process on the powders. Also we can reach to anisotropic powders with optimum HDDR process. In tomorrow presentation, I will talk about the HDDR process, picture of phase transformation during this process and suggested hypothesizes for origin of anisotropy in the powders after HDDR process.
