3DAP analysis of Co-rich HITPERM
M. Kodzuka
HITPERM is a kind of nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy and possesses not
only high saturated magnetization but also high thermal resistance. In my
presentation, the reason why Co-rich HITPERM have to be analyzed with 3DAP
and the results of the analysis will be shown.
Effect of the optical heat treatment on morphology and coercivity of the Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets
N. Hase
The Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet has a very large (BH)max. In recent years, it has been hoped that this
magnet can be applied to high-T applications. But, there are some problems to apply them at high-T because
this magnet possesses the low Tc. Then, to solve this problem, it is thought that the enhancement of
the coercivity of this magnet is a solution. Generally, to enhace the coercivity, the optimal heat
treatment is used. In my speech, I' ll show the reasons of the occurence of the coercivity enhacement
from my recent experimental results.
Co_(2-x)Fe_xCrGa structure, magnetization and spin polarization
T. Nakatani
As I showed at my previous seminar presentation, a small substitution
on Co site with Fe enhances the spin polarization in Co_2CrGa Heusler
alloy. After that I examined about this alloy series systematically from
the point ofcrystalline structure, micro structure, magnetic property
and spin polarization. As the result this series follows the Slater-Pauling
rule although Their crystalline structures are disordered ones, maybe B2.
The enhancement of the spin polarization seems to show a peak at the
composition of x=0.1. Moreover I will discuss the thermal stability of
spin polarization.
