Study on unpatterned MTJ with CFAS electrode

In this talk, I will introduce Current In Plane Tunneling (CIPT) measurement for unpatented MTJ and my partial work in Toshiba laboratory. In my results, CFAS composition dependency shows that spin polarization of Co2FeAl0.5Si0.5 is a little higher than that of Co2FeAl0.4Si0.6 at room temperature. Moreover, 137% TMR ration with small RA of Co2FeAl0.5Si0.5 MTJ was obtained. Finally, I would like share my experience of investigation on MTJ with Heusler alloy electrode.
