Registration
Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons.
The registration form can be downloaded here (writable PDF file). Please fill out all blanks and email to Prof. T. Takenaka. ( tadashi@ee.noda.tus.ac.jp )
The dead line of the registration is 24:00 of Aug. 31, 2008, Japan Standard Time (GMT +9).

Registration Fee for scientific session

(1) Individuals 35,000 JP Yen
(2) Students 10,000 JP Yen
(3) Accompany persons 10,000 JP Yen

Only cash (Japanese Yen) can be acceptable at the registration desk (On-site).

(1) Individual fee includes attendance to all technical sessions and public lectures, conference materials. (The fee of welcome reception, daily coffee breaks and banquet is all free for individual participants.)
(2) Students will receive the same entitlements (except banquet) as a regular delegate (individual). Those who wish to be registered under the student category should submit evidence to confirm their student status.
(3) Accompany person fee includes welcome reception and daily coffee breaks.
