The 16th GREEN Open Seminar

The 16th GREEN Open seminar was held in the 2nd Conference room of Central Building at Sengen site of NIMS on July 29th, 2011 from 1:30PM to 2:00PM.

Mr. Yuichi Azuma, senior chief engineer (general manager), Automobile R&D Center (Tochigi), Honda R&D Co., Ltd. was invited as a guest speaker for this seminar and he gave a lecture titled “Challenges of Today’s Cars”.
He told that the direction of research for automotive battery materials, expectations for the future automotive materials, reducing CO2 and technologies to improve the attractiveness of cars in various situations etc.　 Very high level of interest of the participants, the venue was packed.
