The 8th ICNSEE Seminar

The 8th ICNSEE Seminar was held at the Middle Seminar Room on the 8th floor of the NIMS building in Sengen site from 15:00 on August 10th, 2010.

Dr. Masatoshi Yanagida from ICNSEE’s Photovoltaic Materials Group and Dr. Shang Gao from MANA gave a lecture on “Fuel Cells.”

Over 30 people showed up to listen to “Charge Transport in Nanocrystalline TiO2 films of Dye-sensitized Solar Cells” by Dr. Yanagida and “Tuning of HOMO and LUMO energy level of Ru (II) terpyridyl sensitizers to enhance light-harvesting properties of dye sensitized solar cells (DSCs)” by Dr. Gao. Active discussions were exchanged among the participants during the seminar.
