The 7th ICNSEE Seminar

Having Prof. Marc Koper from Leiden University, the Netherlands, as a guest lecturer, the 7th ICNSEE Seminar was held at the 4th floor seminar room, Collaborative Research Bldg., Namiki site, NIMS, in August 2, 2010.

Prof. Koper has been studying fundamental aspects of electrocatalysis using a variety of experimental and computational techniques and at this seminar, he gave a lecture titled “Theory of multi-electron transfer reactions: implications for electrocatalysis.” The lecture was followed by active discussion between Prof. Koper and over 30 audiences, including participants from outside organization. The discussion continued during the reception party in a friendly atmosphere.
